Everything you need to know about delivery locations, order processing, estimated delivery dates, and getting support with your HBC PLANET order.
Delivery Locations
We currently do not ship to the following destinations or address types:
- Republic of Ireland (ROI)
- Channel Islands
- International destinations
- P.O. boxes
- BFPO addresses
Business Deliveries
For deliveries to business addresses, our carrier will deliver to the mailroom or reception area and request a signature from the reception or mailroom contact.
The carrier does not require a signature from a person specifically named in the order. Deliveries are available to ground-floor locations only.
Order Availability
We cannot split orders based on item availability. If any item is unavailable, we will hold your order until all items can be delivered.
Items may be dispatched from different warehouses, so you may receive your order in multiple deliveries.
If you need an in-stock item quickly, please place a separate order for that item.
Estimated Delivery Dates
We will endeavour to meet or exceed the estimated delivery date. However, please treat it as a guide rather than a guarantee.
You will not receive a proactive notification if your delivery date changes. Please visit the My Orders page for the latest status of your order.
